Baby Rave er dansviðburður fyrir börn á öllum aldri og fjölskyldur þeirra, þar sem enginn er útilokaður. Börnin eru kynnt fyrir danstónlist frá ýmsum heimshornum og með hjálp ímyndunaraflsins ferðast þau um heiminn um leið og við sáum fræjum fordómaleysis. Við reynum að búa til öruggt rými fyrir dans og samveru af hvað tagi sem er, rétt eins og er gert á hefðbundnum rave-um.
Markmiðið er að skapa öruggt og opið rými þar sem börn og fullorðnir gea dansað, leikið sér og átt góða stund saman – hvert á sinn hátt.

Baby Rave is a dance event for children of all ages and their families, where nobody is excluded. The kids get introduced to dance music from various corners of the world, and with the aid of their imagination they travel the world while we sow the seeds of openmindedness. We try to create a safe space for dance and coming together, just like they do at conventional raves.
The aim is to create a safe, open space where kids and grown-ups can dance, play and have a great time together - each in their own way.

Ívar Pétur and Dance For Me have collaborated on Baby Rave for years now, blending their extensive experience from almost all fields of performance art in a melting pot designed to create an intimate, fun and memorable experience for children and their families.
