Forget everything you know about minimalism and good taste! In Beauty and the Beast- the workshop we work inside a world where there is too much of everything. We do animal yoga, danceoke, some growling and then we move onto love songs. The workshop takes it's inspiration from the making of the performance Beauty and the Beast, to steal material from dance and popular culture and transform them into unknown territories. Beauty and the Beast merges light, darkness and the in between, seeing inner and outer reality. Find your inner rockstar through your beauty- and beastness. Shape shift the old reality and become your future self. Allow the bending of physical laws to aid in creating the shape shifted world of peace, lust and love.

The workshop is hosted in collaboration with the Icelandic Academy of the Arts
